Food is prepared at Premium Sausage inspected kitchen and bakery.
We will serve at the Hall buffet style on paper plates with disposable cutlery and napkins (we supply). Served buffet style and will not clean or buss tables. We will leave when meal is finished and clean up our equipment. Served per plate, no leftovers unless previous arrangements are made.
Seven Persons Community Hall bookings are not booked through Premium Sausage.
Bookings of the Hall are done through the Seven Persons Community Association.
Event and Catering requests will need to be reviewed and approved by Mark or Debbie Penner.
