The thin cut bacon at Premium Sausage is ideal for this quiche. It crisps up nicely and you can use our Maple Flavoured or Regular Bacon. I use the regular as some people might not like the Maple flavour with the quiche. Try both and see what you prefer.

Over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven, cook sausage, onion and garlic in olive oil. Cook until onions are tender. Add peppers, mushrooms, Premium Seasoning and pepper. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Premium Sausage is a very lean sausage so do not have heat on high. You may need to add a small amount of water or olive oil if it is too dry.
